Our drone shows

The budget depends on the number of drones, the level of customization, the location, the duration, and the technical resources required. Each project is therefore subject to an estimate after an initial briefing. To prepare your request, consult the main factors related to the price of a drone show.

Typical configurations range from 100 to over 1,200 drones. The ideal number depends on the size of the figures, the desired level of detail, the distance from the audience, and the location. Magic Drone currently has a fleet of 10,000 drones, deployed according to the scope and constraints of each project.

A show typically lasts between 8 and 15 minutes, but can be longer depending on the event format and budget. The duration varies according to the script, the music, and the show's place in the program. The goal is to maintain a strong pace from the opening number to the finale.

Ideally, plan two to three months in advance of the event to prepare the necessary permits and ensure team availability. A show can also be organized at short notice, provided that technical, regulatory, and weather conditions permit.

The show can incorporate a logo, a message, 2D or 3D shapes, and a narrative related to your event. The accuracy of the rendering depends in particular on the number of drones, the complexity of the figures, and the visibility from the audience area.

Each location requires a feasibility study. We verify the takeoff and landing zone, the distance from the public, the technical constraints, and the applicable air traffic regulations. This study determines whether the project can be implemented successfully.

Magic Drone prepares the safety measures, the flight perimeter, and the necessary procedures with the relevant authorities. The teams follow pre-approved protocols. However, authorization can only be confirmed after a complete review of the project.

Our drones can fly safely in winds up to 35 km/h with sustained winds and gusts up to 45 km/h, as well as in light rain or snow. The final decision always depends on the actual conditions, visibility, and the safety measures in place at the site.

Drone shows are available for local authorities, businesses, festivals, associations, and organizers of sporting or private events. Each project is tailored to the audience, venue, and event objectives. Discover our custom drone shows to identify the most relevant format.

You can send us your brief We will provide you with the date, location, type of event, and desired outcome. We will then study the feasibility and key budget factors before providing you with an initial estimate tailored to your project.

The project begins with a brief, followed by a site survey and feasibility study. The team then designs the scenario, the figures, and the 3D pre-visualization, before preparing the production, safety, and all necessary procedures prior to the flight.
